TinyIRC – an irc client originally designed in a time when people were charged for CPU time on shared servers. That time has long since passed, but since people are still finding uses for this client, it is now maintained on google code.

It is a very small, stripped down IRC client. It doesn’t have most of the more advanced commands in the ircII family of IRC Clients, nor does it have any color, but it works, and it’s tiny.
